At Lucero's Boxing, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our members. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases or signing up for memberships.
1. Memberships
All membership fees are non-refundable. Once you sign up for a membership, your payment is final. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a membership or for early cancellations, unless specified in special promotions or offers.
2. Automatic Payments
If you are enrolled in automatic payments and have canceled your membership but were mistakenly charged, you are eligible for a refund. To process this refund, you must contact us directly at [Phone Number] within 7 business days of the charge. Refunds for automatic payments will only be issued if you have already canceled your membership in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Classes and Training Sessions

Cancellations: You must cancel any class or training session at least 24 hours in advance to receive a reschedule option or a credit for future use. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for refunds or credits.

No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled class or session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
4. Events and Workshops
Payments for special events, workshops, and seminars are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Lucero's Boxing. If the event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
5. Merchandise

Returns: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment after inspection of the returned items.

Exchanges: Defective or damaged items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defects or errors on our part.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once approved. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
